Digitization Specifications	Archive masters were scanned at 600 ppi, 24 bit color using a Canon CanoScan 8400F and SilverFast Ai scanning software and saved as uncompressed TIFFs using Photoshop CS2 and Mac OS 10.4. Service master was created by manually adjusting the color balance, yellow -27 (midtones), color balance-17 (highlights), manually adjusting the brightness to +16, manually adjustiing the contrast to +16. Derivative access files were saved as medium quality JPEGs, 150dpi, 1000 pixels on the long dimension. Thumbnails were generated automatically by CONTENTdm.
