Description--Front	Panoramic view of locks in Lockport, N.Y. A basin [presumed] can be seen at the bottom left of the card. The image shows buildings, one of which has "LOCKPORT HOME OF WHEATLET" [a product of Franklin Mills] painted on its side and a roof access hatch [presumed] on its roof. There is a building in the background with "ZAPOLIO" painted on its front. There is a view of the locks as well as a bridge with people that connects the two sides of the canal. There are commercial facilities in the foreground and views of steeples in the background.

Digitization Specifications	Archive masters were scanned at 600 ppi, 24 bit color using a Canon CanoScan 88800F and SiverFast Ai scanning software and saved as uncompressed TIFFs using Photoshop CS4 and Mac OS 10.5.
