Dear
Mr
.
Klapper
:
I
have not
yet
answered
your
letters
of
October
2nd
and the
9th
because
we
have been
receiving
various
instructions
from
Switzerland
up
to
yesterday
, and
therefore
were not in a
position
to
make
a
decision
about
the
distribution
.
We
are
very
glad
to
inform
you
that
we
can
let
you
have the
eight
panels
with
photographs
of
famous
Swiss
for
your
institution
. The
duty
is
waived
by the
U.S
.
Government
when
exhibits
are
turned
over
to
educational
institutions
but there will be a
small
charge
of
about
$3.00
for the
clerical
work
in
connection
with the
transfer
. As
soon
as the
customs
formalities
have been
settled
,
I
will
take
the
liberty
of
informing
you
so
that
you
can
then
make
arrangements
to
call
for the
pictures
. The
books
in
our
exhibit
have
long
been
promised
to the
Swiss
Library
. The
model
showing
the
geographic
distribution
of the
four
languages
in
Switzerland
is
part
of a
group
of
four
panels
which
we
have
promised
to..
