Mr. Herndon Smith,
1724 Canal Street,
New Orleans, La.
My dear Mr. Smith:
We have conferred with the Art
Center, and they inform us that any date we ask for
will be agreeable to them. In fact, the later in
the Spring they hold their exhibition with you, the
better it would suit them. We have , therefore, changed
the date of the Traveling Show to March 5th, which
will allow Denver a few more days. The exhibition will
stay with you for two weeks, after which time it goes
to Cambridge, Mass. Shipping instructions will be
sent you in due time, and in the meanwhile we shall
send you under separate cover the material for the
catalogue and a set of photographs.
We hope this change of date has not
caused you any great inconvenience, and would
appreciate you confirming this change.
Very truly yours,
Sec'y to Mrs. Force.
