Mr. Emil Ganso,

794 Lexington Avenue,
New York City.
My dear Mr. Ganso:
Mrs. Force has your letter of January 4th, and asks me to say that she is very busy at the present moment, and is not making any appointments until after January 12th.
In regard to the matter about your disappointment in not being represented at the Christmas Sale Exhibition, she wishes me to say that she was merely following out your last instructions to her, when you said that it would be better not to have any of your pictures shown, and that there was no other reason for not showing them.
Very truly yours,
Sec'y to Mrs. Force
