Dear Mrs Force-
Your letter to the Fogg was an extremely dignified one and in my opinion fully justified. The stand you are taking is an important one.
You may be interested to know that Mr. Cutler feels exactly as I do. Have also told Connnick who is also on my committee at the Art Club and he is enthusiastically with you. As soon as I am able to do so shall let Eggers know about it;for I feel that some tof these people should have first hand information.
At the moment I am supremely tired, not physically but mentally. All I want to think of is the sun and mountains. Norway seems immensely beautiful.
I did not tell you but by-laws are being worked on at Art Club to make it impossible for any exhibiton to be held there which the directors have not passed on! Thank God you dont know them.
Thanks immensely for your very cordial letter.
As always,
Harley Perkins
