Mr. Arnold Ronnebeck,
Denver Art Museum,
Denver, Colo.
Dear Mr. Ronnebeck:
I am so glad that you are going to schedule my show. Could you plan it for February 7th and let it run until the 15th? I am making pretty close arrangements but I am sure that my itinerary will work smoothly. I shall send you some time in December a copy of the material for the catalogue together with a list of prices and a foreword, which you may use or not, according to your plans. It is simply a small write-up that Mrs. Whitney and I have gone over carefully, and feel that it represents adequately and simply the whole idea and purpose of the Whitney Studio Club. It is sent for your information or for any other use which you wish to make of it. I will send you also a photograph of each of the paintings in the show, and you will find that they will be marked on the back the name of the artist.
I hope that sending this so far in advance will facilitate the arranging of the show and that it will be of some help in the close connections that I am making. The exhibit is planned to be shown intact in each of the five museums who have been good enough to want it. If any pictures are sold,
